Give to SD Space
The San Diego Space Society is an all volunteer, non-profit organization. We exist because of the generosity of our members and supporters. You can donate to SD Space in any of three ways: Money, Material/Services, and Time.
Money
Monetary Donations are what help keep the organization running – paying operational necessities like bills, insurance and rent. Donations also go towards our Activities and Events as well as Programs, Projects and Educational Outreach.
Current Activities and Events needing donations include:
- SpaceUp San Diego ($2500 goal)
- Yuri’s Night San Diego ($5000 goal)
- ISDC 2013
Programs and Projects needing donations include:
- KickSat ($1000 goal)
- Space Academy ($3000 goal)
- Afterschool Programs/Tutoring ($1000)

If you wish to donate any of the above items or services or have something we might be interested in, please contact president@sandiegospace.org.
Time
Probably one of the most valued donations you can give is time. We need volunteers to staff the Space Travelers Emporium, support our quarterly member events as well as educational outreach activities.
Currently we are in need of:
- Newsletter Editor
- PR/Social Media Guru
- Fundraising Guru
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Math & Science Tutors
