Join SD Space
San Diego Space Society membership
Becoming a member of the San Diego Space Society is a great way to show support and get involved. We have two yearly membership levels, a $25 Basic Membership and a $100 (or $10/mo) Supporting Membership.
Basic Membership benefits include:
- our monthly e-mail newsletter
- membership card
- SD Space patch
- checkout access to library
- discounts at the Space Travelers Emporium
- notice of special tours
Supporting Membership benefits include all the above, plus:
- SD Space t-shirt
- advance notice of special tours
- name on the Donor List on display at the Emporium and the organizations sincere appreciation
To become a member, fill out a Membership Form and either mail it to SD Space or drop it by the Space Travelers Emporium.
If you are already have a Basic Membership, consider upgrading to a Supporting Membership – the extra money goes towards operations, projects, education and other great opportunities for you!

National Space Society membership
You’re also encouraged to join the National Space Society itself. NSS membership gets you a subscription to Ad Astra magazine and the NSS Downlink email newsletter, plus discounts on the ISDC and space-related products and services. When you join, be sure to enter our chapter code (596) to let them know we sent you.
Members and the general public are welcome to join the San Diego Space Society group mailing list or attend one of our regularly scheduled meetings.
